"It was first time I want to Cardiff.. The hotel was very close to trine station and in middle town.. It was great.. The hotel was very clean.. Room was very clean I was very impressed. Breakfast was amazing it was very clean and everything was full you didn't have to ask for anything.. If you going to Cardiff please try it ..you won't be disappointed in promise.."

"Room spacious and clean, bed comfortable. Simple basic amenities. Not much soundproofing, audible traffic outside and other guests returning to rooms. Room initially hot and stuffy but improved as night went on. Curtains did not fully cover windows, allowing sunshine in early morning. However, reception staff incredibly friendly and attentive."

"Check in was great. Allowed to the room early. Check out day was not so good. Check out is 12. We were showering and the cleaner knocked and walked in at 10.30 then a maintenance man knocked at 11 wanting to come in. The bar staff were not helpful and no room tab was allowed. Not a smile in sight. Lovely spa area and maintained well. Plenty of towels provided. But only 4 very old saggy loungers. People had to sit on the floor. Room for more or at least some chairs."
