"When you check in there are two bottles of water waiting for you my only complaint is they are not replenished daily. They do have a water dispensor available on your level to refill the bottles but me been fussy would rather see two new sealed bottles daily.
Otherwise no complaints and would highly recommend this place and do intend staying again"
"I’ve been staying here for nearly a decade and it is my favorite place to stay in Pattaya. The staff is wonderful the rooms are nice the beds are terrific.
The only thing I want this hotel to do is upgrade their showers. Their showers are terrible. The showerheads Should be replaced with some better quality, massage type jet showerheads. And the brackets that they have on the wall to hold the showerheads often are too high and loose.
