"Very good location. Good price. Great hot breakfast. Room and premises very clean. Need keycard to operate lights and A/C inside room. Huge problem with this is that if no one is staying in the rooms, humidity builds up. The entire floor had a mildew smell. Bad engineering perhaps, sizeable stink due to humidity. Rooms get very stagnate when not occupied. Saving money on utilities is going to end up costing Holiday Inn more in the long run it seems. Overall would definitely stay again!"

"The Hotel was located within 5 minutes walk of Walking Street, Beach Road, and Soi Baukhoa. Also near the mall and Pattaya Central for great eating experience of Street food and culture. Staff went over and beyond to assure I was comfortable. A special recognition should be noted for the Security Guard who personally checked up on me after I became ill after having a guest come up to my room. He made me feel assured that my safety was a priority. I will definitely stay at this Hotel again on my next visit to Pattaya."
