The staff was great as well as the location. If you need anything, it was taken care of right away. Only item wrong was there was not always hot water in the shower. This may have had something to do with our room being on the seventh floor. Otherwise, everything was great.

A hotels main asset is its staff and Heeton's staff are exceptional. To name a few, Pocky, Pond, Jan and the charismatic doorman Lucky all made my stay a pleasant experience. Highly recommend the hotel and the location to all.

Great location friendly staff good price (January £34 per night March £41 stayed here twice).Located next to everything Beach,LK Metro,2nd Rd ect.Rooms are decent condition Pool is large with plenty of sun loungers. Will definitely be retuning and staying here again in 2026.

Nice hotel.

Good hotel, nice staff, nice pool, nice room. But they should have checked their water pipes and sewer system, not such a pleasant smell in the bathroom.
