I can't write a bad review as my stay at the hotel was brilliant. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Room service was very good. The house keepers cleaned room everyday with fresh linnen, toiletries were topped. Transport was easy to get eg taxis from hotel didnt have to wait long at all. I did eat the hotel food which was nice. The swimming pool area was clean and tidy. Overall very nice hotel to stay. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

The location of the hotel is great as you are just off Second Road so it’s handy for the Baht buses, shopping malls, walking down to the beach or up to LK Metro and its nightlife. The rooms are big and I had great balcony views across the city and down to the beach giving some great memorable sunsets on a couple of nights. The swimming pool was also great and easy to access but the aged collapsing plastic sun loungers need replacing. Now the negatives; this is the first hotel in Pattaya that I have stayed in that does not have a safe in the room which is insane. The safe boxes were in Reception, which was so inconvenient. Secondly, it had non-electronic card door locks, so you had a key attached to a huge oblong key fob which could not be removed, meaning that you had to hand the key back to Reception every time you wanted to go out or carry it around with you. This was such a pain that I went and got a spare key cut myself to avoid this ball -ache. The balcony doors did not lock and so the only thing keeping the doors together was a flimsy metal catch. The toilet “bum-gun” hook in the bathroom had snapped off so I had to go and buy a replacement and fix this myself. There were stains on the bathroom floor and around the bed, and the shelves were also very dusty in the room. That being said, the maids could not be more friendly or helpful if you needed anything at all. Finally, the Wi-Fi was very patchy and unreliable which made things very annoying on a regular basis.

This once proud hotel has fallen into disrepair with lack of maintenance and investment.The whole place needs closing down and re-furbishing.

매우 오래된 호텔입니다. 객실 개방은 카드키가 아닌 열쇠 잠금이며, 전체적인 시설 느낌도 오래되었다는 것을 잘 들어납니다. 다행히도 오래된 호텔임에도 화장실 수압은 괜찮은 편이고, 방 크기 역시 큰 편이라 답답한 느낌은 없습니다. 인터넷은 좀 답답한 편입니다. 혼자서 지내기에는 괜찮은 숙소입니다.
