"Good: The hotel location is it's selling point. It's a five minute walk from the beach and 5 to 15 minutes from just about anything a tourist would want to experience in central Payttaya. Neutral: It's also worth mentioning the hotel is in the heart of Boystown which is the centralized location for gay men bars. Bad: the cleaning staff is this hotel's weak point. They were friendly to us until we asked for our room to be cleaned. Housekeeping is not automatic. You must ask for it. Out of the 10 days of our stay, we asked for our room to be cleaned four times and received an attitude from the cleaning lady all four times. The last time, I simply asked for towels because I didn't want to deal with the attitude. Note: We did not have a problem with the AC. However, keep in mind we were in the 300+ square foot room. Which is the smalle rooms offered. The facility offers bigger rooms (500-1,200 sq ft) so I cannot speak to the effectiveness of the AC in the larger rooms."

"Great hotel. The beach view was awesome, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was amazing. Amenities were stocked and I had no wants or needs. The area was great for Songkran, but also any time of the year - right near the beach and Walking Street."

"Some beads are the old spring matresses and some of the AC units are older models and dont get cool qucil like the newer models besieds that its probably the best place for price ans location"

"The employees are all kind and helpful. The room is clean but very dated and lacking basic things like hot water in the bath faucet and no separation for the shower from the general bathroom floor. There was a lot of early morning noise."
