"Sehr freundlich, stilvolle Zimmer, sehr sauber. Reichhaltiges Frühstück und Restaurant nebenan sehr lecker, guter Service. Einzig die Zimmer Türen sind infolge Türschliesser sehr laut. Man kann sie trotz Niederhalten der Türklinke nicht leise schliessen, da wäre eine Verbesserung sehr angebracht. Aber das ist echt auch das einzige."

Das Hotel liegt an der Jaufen-Passstraße auf halber Höhe, mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Zimmer befinden sich in einem sauberen, einladenden sehr gutem Wohlfühl-Zustand. "There was so much to do at the resort. We enjoyed the vast amount of options for swimming and spas, it was very relaxing. There was also so many activities to keep us busy when we wanted some adventure. The food was excellent and the staff were great during our stay. "

"We were greeted by very friendly staff and due to the heatwave we were automatically moved to a lower level big room to ensure our comfort. The ambiance of the hotel is lovely and so is its history. We received a free voucher to the town pool which was a nice surprise. My biggest reason to pick this hotel was its location, could not ask for a better location when traveling alone with one child, one feels safe. "Das Zimmer war etwas älter aber dennoch sind die Betten sehr bequem und es ist alles sauber. Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut und es gibt eine gute und große Auswahl. Der SPA-Bereich ist relativ neu und die 2 Saunen sind echt gut. Das Personal ist freundlich."

"Excellent excellent property!! Every penny was worth it.. one thing i could point out to improve would be the dinner time staff could do a little better… but this didn’t spoil our stay at all. Very good hotel, everyone was super helpful and friendly. Pools were amazing and very well maintained. Will definitely visit again and will recommend to other travellers visiting the dolomites."

"The remote location and stunning views of the mountains is absolutely breathtaking! The staff at this hotel are wonderful and cater to your every whim. We enjoyed the top rated breakfast and Tea time that was included with our reservation. The cuisine is outstanding and farm to table fresh. We had an issue with our room but they dealt with it expediently and upgraded us to a wonderful suite. I would highly recommend staying at this boutique hotel."

"Dejà en arrivant, on voyait que ça les dérangeait que la réservation ait été faite sur Hôtels.com. La chambre ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions réservé. Nous leur avons montré la photo d’hôtels.com de notre réservation et ils nous ont dit que ça ne correspondait pas à notre réservation ! Nous avons eu une chambre au 1er avec vue à seulement quelques mètres sur le bâtiment d’en face et au dessus du parking alors que la photo de votre site montrait une vue sur les montagnes. Dommage car...

"The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. Upon arrival the room was clean and smell cleaned, this is a rarely in most places. The hotel is older but they do a great job at keeping things modern and up to date. The spa and pool area are great with indoor and out pools and jacuzzi. The daily breakfast was nice, with plenty of seating areas. There are free bike rentals, as well as fee bikes for electric bikes. Many things to do in the area, hiking, walking, biking, visting...

"Amazing stay! We enjoyed our stay here as we explored the Dolomites. The room was clean and comfortable. We were lucky enough to get air conditioning even though it wasn’t part of the booking. (The family that checked in right before us was not as lucky…no AC.) The pool and hot tub was great even though the spa area is under construction. The breakfast buffet was incredible with many cold options and they offered eggs cooked to order as well. We would definitely stay here again."
