Fantastic Hotel

Absolutely fantastic place in northern Italy! The service is fantastic and it is so clean! Great breakfast with number of your room at the table, really cool! Really recommend this hotel with it’s fantastic staff!

Great location

Lovely hotel in a very nice location close to the city centre. Easy to get to the Dolomites, it’s only a 15 minute car ride to eg. Seceda or Santa Maddalena. Very friendly staff. Delicious breakfast ❤️

Rigtig fint hotel med et meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale! Vi var meget tilfredse med vores værelse (nr. 212) som var rummeligt, godt indrettet med gode materialer og havde en god stor altan. Sengen var dog desværre ret hård og vi savnede et gardin der kunne trækkes for vinduet mellem soveværelset og badeværelset, så man ikke vækkede sin partner når man gik på toilettet om natten. Der er parkeringskælder under hotellet, hvilket var et kæmpe stort plus for os, da det var 38 grader og fuld solskin de dage vi boede der.

Zeer goed hotel, zeker voor een kort verblijf.

Zeer goed hotel, traditioneel maar met mooi gerenoveerde kamers. In centrum gelegen, maar uitstekende ondergrondse parking (2,40 m hoog). Zeer goed bed. Uitstekende douche. Perfect ontbijt. Goede bar. Mooie welness in kelder, maar geen buitenruimte. Vriendelijk ontvangst. Uitstekend indien op doorreis. Gemakkelijk om te reserveren zonder kaart.

Excellent hotel, lovely staff, free spa & fitness.

This was our second stay at this nice hotel. The hotel is meticulously maintained and clean, the staff very friendly, and the beds very comfortable in the spacious rooms with bathrooms that gives you a feeling of luxury. From the upper floors you will have a nice view over the southern Alps. The hotel offers free parking in their underground garage, which has direct elevator connection with the reception and the other floors. The basement offers a large, free spa, with sauna, Turkish sauna, fitness centre and relax room with a starry sky ceiling. We unfortunately missed the opening hours. It’s only open 16-20. But if you manage to hit this time slot, I’m sure the spa is a very nice experience. It does look very nice. The breakfast is very good; continental breakfast with a good selection of ham, cheeses, juices, cereals and fruits. There was also a fantastic, freshly made orange-carrot juice. As this is south Tyrol, you have the best of the Italian and more Germanic style breakfasts, including the German-type chewy, yummy bread. Italian coffee was made to order. Wi-Fi was OK, with acceptable download speed. However, upload speed (e.g. for uploading photos to Dropbox) could definitely be improved. The staff was very helpful in sorting out a challenge with our passports that had mistakenly not been returned from the previous hotel. Chances are good that we will be back at the hotel again next year, and will try to hit the spa opening hours.
