"Great place to stay, with in walking distance of all major attractions, including major train station if you are travelling round, or planning a day trip to Pisa. Room very clean, beds very comfortable (memory foam). Air con which was a must! Friendly welcome, just come armed with Google Translate. It is more Bed than Breakfast, plenty of reasonable places to eat close by (Banana Bar for breakfast was fantastic). Could not fault our 4 day stay here."

When I called the hotel again, to reach an employee, my call did not go through. I tried to call via the website and using country code, no luck. I wish I had known prior, about how to access entry into the hotel."
