"The buffet breakfast is the best. Staff is very friendly and professional. I enjoyed my interactions with all staff. The room was clean. The drawback for me was the bathroom. It appeared like it was being worked on or needed some work. The water pressure during showers was low and weak making a not so pleasant shower experience. That's why I gave a 4 star. The location is ideal. Close to many amenities. The rooftop restaurant meals are tasty. Really enjoyed that experience. Overall, it was a decent stay."

I was satisfied with the positive response as they understood the reason I requested a change. I would stay at Hotel Four Seasons on my next visit and would highly recommend to everyone who decides to stay in Kingston, Jamaica"
