"Staff was friendly and helpful but the room was filthy. The floors were sticky, the wallpaper was peeling and the tv was practically falling out of the wall. It was also very dusty, the baseboards were practically black with dust."

"Terrible experience. I had a late check in and there was nobody there to let me in. A random guest had to come and open the door. I just stayed in a random room because there was no service or check in instructions. The room was filthy. The spread and sheets reeked of urine. Old towels were left in the room. The bathroom was nasty. Didn’t even use it. I laid on the other bed for like a few hours just to get some kind of value. I left right after that. I would not recommend this location."

"Close to Heathrow but a small English village."

"Very clean and handy for Balham and the underground."

"Great location, but unit was very small. This would not be recommended for a longer stay than one night."

"Very welcoming staff, great place to stay if you are going to a gig at the roundhouse venue just down the road a bit. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of bits nearby should you need them."

"Amazing breakfasts!"
