Mario was very friendly, pleasant, and extremely helpful with recommendations and suggestions for activities and restaurants. I would give them 20 stars!!! This location is also about a ten minute walk on the beach to the world class Tulum ruins."

The rooftop pool was beautiful, we didn’t make it to the pool on the 1st floor but it was calling our name every time we walked past it. Cat at the front desk checked us in, she was wonderful. "A nice quiet place to stay in. If you want to be away from tourists I really recommend this place. It has a bit of both worlds since it is walkable to what I’m guessing their downtown area and far enough from the crowds. Very nice."

"This is a perfectly serviceable apartment. It's clean, quiet, and very safe. There are plenty of dishes and glassware. There isn't a lot of cookware, but enough to get by. The hosts are very responsive. It was easy to get into the building. It's close to grocery stores and bicycle rental places. "
