"Short stay to see the Metallica gigs in nearby Stratford. The stag were nothing but helpful and friendly at all times. "Cheap room. Friendly cleaners. No free tea or coffee available in room."

"The staff were really friendly, but knew that our shower was broken to the degree it was unusable and didn't inform us, nor did they offer an alternative when we brought it up. No AC and the hotel was registering over 30° inside, and we arrived back late at night to find the hotel locked up and nobody answering the buzzer. We had to call the hotel to find someone to let us in. Not well organised, and the curtains in the room had obvious burn marks, and the carpet was coming up against one wall."

"I didn’t stay it was stinky and filthy in the room!! I expressed my dissatisfaction with the condition of the room and was told they wouldn’t give the money back even tho we didn’t stay immediately after seeing the terrible condition of the room. The lobby is immaculate but the carpets in the rooms needs to be removed it has trapped the scent giving off a mold like smell."

The shower temperature control was faulty and kept getting stuck meaning we either had boiling hot water or freezing cold water. "Comfortable room with en suite shower room. Clean and spacious. In town so close to shops and entertainment. Close to transport links for Excel Exhibition centre and west end. Market day on a Friday."

"Cheap useful room, with fridge and microwave. Hob and sink outside (no pots or plates etc, bring your own). Only 1 very thin pillow each, only 1 teaspoon. Plenty of sockets, free parking if you are lucky, but you can park on road until 8.30am. We did this and were able to park onsite at 8. We would go again."
