"Wonderful front desk staff"

"Clean room, great area"

"Muy buen servicio, atentos."

"Muy buen hotel, excepcional servicio!!!"

"Air conditioning was good"

"2 days stay in Madrid were more than enough. The fruit store vendor at the market near Puerta Del Sol was very sensitive about people touching their fruits. Food and fruits are more expensive here than elsewhere."

"Location of the hotel is great, closed to subways and to many restaurants and shops, 15 mins walks to major attractions. The rooms, however, are very mall. The shower door is see through so no privacy when takings showers at all! When I booked the rooms, it indicated I get a bottle of wine per room but only got one. We have such busy schedule that we never got to enjoy the free wine anyways. There is a mini fridge in the room that contains a bottle of water for guest but the fridge is hotter...

"Very good"

"El desayuno es bueno aunque todos los días es igualito, pero es de buena calidad, a mi me toco una habitación donde no había señal de internet y no hicieron nada por cambiarme o por ayudarme...."
