"After choosing the all inclusive, we were very confused with how this system worked. Not one staff member seem to be able to communicate it well in english. Alot of the staff seem un interested and lack of effort to help when trying to clarify the offer. The menu included is very basic so after 2 days, your over the basic menu quickly. "The place is fantastic, we loved the restaurant and bar from the hotel. The customer service was incredible staff alwyas wanting to help us with everything. This place is near Kata beach about 20 minutes walk lots of restaurants and bars. We've never been so relaxed on a holiday before. The breakfast is amazing, the cooking class is a must as well. "What I enjoyed most was the location and the atmosphere. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, away from the usual busy feeling, which made it a really nice place to slow down and relax. The beach, sea view, and overall ambience were exactly what I was looking for. The beach and the views were beautiful, especially when the weather was good. I also enjoyed the restaurants, with good food and a nice atmosphere. I especially enjoyed LAKU. I tried their beef cheeks, which was recommended by one...
