"Clean room"

"Hotel was under construction remodel; otherwise, it would have been all 5 stars. Lobby was relocated to room 119 during the remodel. Room we were in was freshly remodeled but missing some baseboard trim behind door and headboard trim. Pool clean and spa working but jets took a minute to start up and could have used a skimming on the top. Roof of lobby canopy needed to be reshingled."

Our room was clean and available for early check in - a huge value for us. even though the hotel was very busy, we did not hear a lot of noise from outside, in the halls and from other rooms. will absolutely choose this hotel again. thank you!"

"First off let me say I was really excited about staying here but that quickly turned sour as this place was not what I expected the room was not what the pictures looked like online and on top of that the manager (Len. A) was a complete rude individual that never returned my call until I checked out a little late and finally decided to call and show up to the room and tell me that he was going to charge me an extra $100 after the front desk employee told me first if I stay until 10:30 am I would me fine I will never stay here again."
