Location was convenient. Staff was helpful but was not always around to help (especially at the front desk). Overall staff seems a little overwhelmed. The breakfast and lobby area in the mornings had food all over the floor and at times there was no one at the front desk. Rooms were disappointing. There was a half used bottle of water left on the bed headboard. There were large stains on the carpet and the mini-fridge was pulled out of its enclosure and was just sitting on the floor in the middle of the desk area.
