"We stayed in the 2 king suite room 220 and it was huge. The air conditioner was small and didn’t cool the whole room but thankfully it wasn’t too hot. "My wife and I chose this hotel for our baby-moon before welcoming our first child. My wife is 8 months pregnant, so this was one of our last opportunities to relax together, but the stay was far from peaceful or memorable. Our room had approximately eight bugs and several cobwebs on the ceiling, raising serious concerns about cleanliness. Children were also running, yelling, and stomping in the hallways and in the room above us well into the evening. When I contacted the front desk, I was told...

"Made reservations the month before my stay. I noticed that they had a late check-in time which was 4 PM. At the day of the arrival. After traveling all day we got there right at 4 PM, which is their check-in time. They told us that our room was not ready and we had to wait. An hour later I had to go back to the front desk. They kept telling me that it was not ready yet. After yelling the front desk numerous of times they told us that our room was finally ready for us, and that was two hours...

"Breakfast was good except none of the juice dispensers were working for the two days we were there. The room are well insulated, but the property is right next to the freeway, so if traffic noise bothers you beware. Pool and hot tub were nice."
