"Very welcome reception, Frederick was helpful and informative about all aspects of the hotel and the neighbourhood. The hotel is very basic though there is a kettle and coffee and tea in the bedroom. I would highly recommend adding a bar and a bathmat in the shower as the tub is very slippery and certainly for older or less agile folks it felt dangerous getting in and out and I slipped and banged my knee rather badly. Also to be noted is the shower itself which, while I applaud the conservation...

"Séjour très agréable avec mon mari à Toulouse. Nous avons séjourner 4 nuits à l'hôtel dans le Studio de 30 m0² avec un grand lit. Notre chambre était vraiment très spacieuse, très propre, avec des serviettes, savons et produits de toilettes et cuisine à disposition. Les petit-déjeuner étaient très corrects, juste ce qu'il faut. Vraiment nous étions très satisfaits ! "

"Valentine on reception is outstanding. Professional with lots of good advice, making sure your stay is rewarding. One big note of caution....if you are arriving by car, reconsider. The incompetent people who run the parking off site are a disgrace. Their lift is frequently out of service as are their ticketing machines. They are making a huge amount of money but spending NOTHING on maintenance"
