"Well situated. Just short walk over the walking and bike bridge to Toulouse main areas. Modern and clean. AC is challenged with cool air fan in hot weather. Staff is great. They most accommodating!"

"Good if you want to be next to the stadium. Otherwise the property is somewhat disorganized and doesn’t have safes in their rooms, would have been better to pay a bit more for a more professional hotel closer to the centre."

They also helped us a lot with all the questions we had and gave us the resources we needed for a wonderful stay. We will definitely miss Toulouse! We had so much fun discovering new places. "The room at the 4th floor was very small and poorly furnished at the best. The elevator went only to the third floor and we had to climb the stairs every time to reach our room. The view of the river was good. The breakfast area was poor and nobody was there to help, other than the same girl that cleans the rooms, who came every ~15 minutes. The food was little and didn’t look very good. The coffee was borderline fair. We asked to remove the price of the breakfast from the bill after the first...

"Stayed during the hottest weeks in France and the air condition went well. The strength of the air condition was stronger in the lower level of our room than the upper level. Enjoyed the multi-level room, it was unique and had a charming aesthetic. Comfortable beds. Wifi was strong and worked well. Room was clean. Staff assisted with the private parking situation when the roads were blocked. Breakfast was also great with healthy alternatives."
