"Great modern apartment hotel which is well placed for a city trip (access via metro or two bridges means it takes 10mins max to the 'old town' of Toulouse). Room wasn't quite ready yet when we arrived (rooms are advertised as available from 3pm) but the lounge area made it a pleasant wait. Would recommend this place for those looking to travel with kids or those would want a little more space and the option to cook (all apartments have a kitchen). "

"Location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is absolutely amazing . Ready to help with bags offering coffee etc . Parking near the hotel is not so easy. Would not recommend the breakfast."

"Front desk staff extremely personable and helpful. Nice outdoor courtyard if have good weather. Breakfast was just perfect. Two cons: one of the two pillowcases was very stained….. and the room on ES has significant street noise early morning with vendors . Would stay again but would have to be on a higher floor."

"I liked that there was always some one there is help. Speaking both French and English was a nice surprise. My room floor was not as clean as I would like and they put hand soap in the shower and the body wash by the sink. Kind of hard to switch when you in the shower already and you are with a friend."

"This hotel would be great for a very short stay. Rooms are clean, showers nice, beds are comfy. Breakfast is excellent, if a bit pricey. The vibe is fun and funky, with eclectic decor. And the location is perfect. BUT... Choose somewhere else for a stay longer than 1-2 days. The rooms have no storage (no drawers or cupboards), just a high shelf with a few hangers on the edge. There were no chairs in our room. The fridge is is smaller than most places I've stayed, and ours did not work well....

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the European type breakfast and we got a free drink. The rooms are small but plenty room in the closet for our suitcase and the room was clean. The location was in city center a walkable to restaurants, shops and parks."

"Ein sehr gut am Rande der Altstadt gelegenes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück einschließlich auf Wunsch glutenfreier Semmeln. Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt. Eigener abgetrennter Parkbereich in der Tiefgarage. Gerne wieder!"
