"The staff were not overly friendly, but it was fine as we didn’t spend much time there. The WiFi in the room was terrible. The pool area was nice though, the room was comfortable and the location is excellent, so convenient for the BTS line, which has an entrance directly from the station into the hotel. I’d stay again."

"I had an overall excellent experience at this hotel. The staff was accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and fresh every morning. The room was clean. I only had one small dislike regarding the bathtub. There was visible mildew that was caulked. It wasn't a whole lot, but it was visible and that gave the bathroom a slightly downgraded experience for me. But because the rest of the room was very neat and clean, I did not bring it up to staff nor did I ask for a different room. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and plan to do so during another visit."

"Stayed here several times before, will stay there again when I need to be next to BKK for a flight. My advice is to skip the shuttle and go down to the terminal to the B level where the rail connection is located and walk to/ from the hotel in the tunnel. About 10 minutes. Also, the Terminal has a food court level on 3. You don't need to go through immigration or security, so you have a variety of casual dining options."
