"Spa and pool were excellent used both . No air conditioning in our Deluxe room and the Dyson fan just didn’t help much at all . Shame really . Breakfast was good one day and not quite so good the next day ( different chefs they said ) . All staff at the 3 properties were really helpful especially the chauffeuse ."

"We thought Hintlesham Hall was superb. Every member of staff that we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and eager to please. The accommodation was very clean and our room was well equipped with attention to detail. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and well presented. Afternoon tea was also a lovely experience. We enjoyed sitting in the pretty garden. We will definitely visit again!"

"Vanessa and Steve were exceptional hosts and the facilities at “The Foxes Den” suited us perfectly. Everything was most satisfactory and we ended our stay with a delicious full English breakfast which kept us going for quite a while!!! The shower room was very clean and modern; the bedding was immaculate on a comfortable bed; it was a shame the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. "Room carpet was dirty. Bathroom smelled like pee and it looked gross, too, plus door knobs were degraded. There was no DND sign for the door. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, and awful for people with dietary restrictions. They made me scrambled eggs without milk as requested, but it was inedible due to being undercooked. Who likes stringy (like snot) egg whites in scrambled eggs? Emailed for support, didn't reply. Tried talking to them, they didn't care."
