"Housekeeping are amazing. the room was very wonderful and clean and staff very helpful. had some issues with wifi the first two nights but staff did their best to resolve this and then everything was fine. quiet area but very good location. enjoyed the tea and coffee provided. "Nice touch the fridge and microwave the bathroom and room looked clean But the walls are to thin Close to the road the traffic is all u hear . The people above every move they make you can hear, doors closing and feet stomping . "

"Perfect stay Accommodation was very clean and a good size room. We also bought our dog with us and a dog bed, towel and bowl with a treat for him was provided in our room which was a lovely touch to our stay. We had a lovely evening meal also one of the best we have had in a long time and lots of choice for a quality breakfast. We will be returning as from the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and very professional and helped make our stay perfect."

"Hotel is directly opposite where you check in, which is The George pub. No staff being readily available in the building was a little inconvenient as we had a few confusing moments with the room temperature and couldn’t change it. Also, tv remote was broken so was difficult to navigate using it, but having no main reception in the building meant you couldn’t just pop and get a replacement! But it was very clean, large wet room and not too much trouble to navigate once inside. Would stay again,...

"Hotel stay was great, room was big enough for my family of 5 however was meant to be a double bed and 2 singles but one of them was a pullout matress with no sheets or anything so couldn’t use it. No soap in bathroom either But great location plenty of food and supermarket, petrol nearby and 8 mins from the pier. Breakfast really bad I would avoid going at all waited around 30 mins to take order and when it came was not good couldn’t eat it. Also the hygiene wasn’t great as saw staff putting...

"Excellent stay at this beautiful hotel and grounds. Staff are super attentive and friendly. Rooms are very quaint and have a lovely spa scent. The spa area although small was a lovely addition. The jacuzzi and massages by Estelle were very relaxing. We had a tasting menu and breakfast at the hotel restaurant which was all very well done. Overall great relaxing weekend getaway. We will be back again and would highly recommend."
