"Rooms very small especially the single rooms. Walls paper thin next door kept me awake snoring all night.!!"

"Simple clean room. English ugh space for my daughter & I. The shower was plenty hot & powerful."

"Great place. Lovely rooms. Very clean. Great breakfast!"

"This place is a gem. The owners are warm, welcoming and very helpful, and so are the rest of the staff. The place is reminiscent of the best of a traditional guest house, but with a modern clean feel. The amenities in the room were plentiful, and with the guests’ comfort in mind. "Stayed here twice now and have left with insect bites both times, a little look on Google and it appears that I'm not an isolated occurrence there have been numerous reports of people suffering from bed bug bites. Absolutely disgusting that they have not closed and fully fumigated and deep cleaned the hotel!!! Will never stay here again!!!"

"Really comfortable bed. Super clean. Great for a couple of nights stay. Close to the University to meet up with our daughter. Would recommend the Beth Chatto Garden near by for a visit. "

"Everything was amazing. Oliver was beyond helpful and kind!"

"Beautiful setting, very helpful staff, lovely hotel excellent restaurant."

"The room was clean but could do with a deep clean, staff were good. Balcony was a great addition. Overall I would 100% stay again, very central and convenient location. Bit of a walk to get your luggage to hotel. I will be using the hotel again."

"Very clean room and plenty of parking"

"Beatiful building and setting. Excellent staff. Food 7/10. Its classical which is fine but maybe uninteresting."

"Our room was spotlessly clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent too. Will definitely return, thanks for making our stay so enjoyable."
