"Great"

"Parking was a little sparse but the location and cleanliness was excellent."

"Best place ever"

"Front desk staff were horrendous. Clerk put us in a different room than booked bc none were available, he also told me “when you book through 3rd party, you get whatever is available, not what you selected” and told me it listed that on the booking. I asked for it in print, he then left me on hold. Once back down stairs to address the issue, he would never look me in the eye nor allow me to see his name badge. He handed me another set of room keys. After 20-30 minutes in our new room, a lady...

"Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. Location was awesome"

"Check-in time was 4pm. Room was unavailable upon our arrival at 4:30pm due to "housekeeping running behind all day". Asked for our number and would call when it was. When we inquired as to what the wait would appx. be the reply was "I don't work for housekeeping, I don't know that". When we explained that any guesstimate would be helpful as we have dinner and show reservations that evening we'd like to be refreshed for, her reply was "I have no idea. They've been running behind all day....

"Breakfast menu was sketchy. The menu on the board was no longer relevant and our breakfast was kind of thrown together. How hard is it to update a menu? Also we only requested our room to be cleaned once throughout our 4 day stay and they didn’t even make the beds."

"Overall good location"

"Clean, easy-to-navigate hotel with a nice gym and friendly staff, in a good location."

"Great place. Far enough away from Broadway but in walking distance. Great staff and great location."

"Room was spacious and clean, had a Restaurant that had great food! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this Hotel and I would stay again if in the Nashville area."

"Perfect location, helpful staff, good bars restaurants, and a coffee shop inside. Pricey but worth it."

"No coffee and was told to charge the coffee to the room but still got charged for some of it. Had to ask for maid service for 2 days. Great room but otherwise this hotel is not worth it"
