Clean, spacious, and new. The bedrooms and living area were comfortable and relaxing. The gym, pool, and other amenities were inviting and well decorated. Front desk service was average and not the most inviting. The front desk agent didn’t exude confidence when we asked questions and gave us 2 keys that didn’t work when we initially arrived. Our valet experience was disappointing. Neither attendant offered to assist with our baggage when we checked in/out. When we arrived to the valet curb nobody approached our vehicle, we had to wave them down and walk up the ramp. Another guest had similar experience later that evening when we were outside waiting for our Uber and she asked us how to get ahold of valet/parking assistance because nobody was in the valet booth. Overall, the property has tremendous potential. It’s beautiful and conveniently located. It’s a shame that the service is lacking. The team did the minimum. I hope management dials in on training customer experience in the future. For such a colorful and vibrant property, the service simply does not align. The nightly rate was a great deal for the 2 bedroom we booked. I would consider staying again in the future in hopes that they get the customer service flow down.
