Rebecca the front desk manager was absolutely amazing, and so welcoming and helpful. It was my birthday and she made sure to really make me feel so special. I had such an amazing stay at 1 Hotel Nashville! From the moment we arrived, everything felt elevated yet comfortable. The design is beautiful and calming, with a natural, luxurious vibe that really sets it apart. What made the experience even more special was how thoughtful the staff was. We were celebrating a birthday, and they went out of their way to surprise us with a dessert and a bottle of champagne, which was such a memorable touch. The rooms were spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail felt intentional. The location is also perfect? close to everything but still peaceful. Overall, I couldn’t recommend it more. It’s the perfect mix of luxury, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!
