"We arrived after a rainstorm, and the room ceiling literally leaked. Switched to another room - never had any hot water. The hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The grounds/pool area were delightful, oppulent. The connection to the Ipanema restarurant provided exceptional food choices. Hoping they can fix the few flaws."

"Nicely located intimate hotel on the beach, but steps from Fifth Avenue. We were warmly greeted when we arrived early and the rooms were ready and they granted an early check -in . We spent two wonderful fun days at the beach club here and Ernesto made the experience wonderful . Our rooms were side by side on the upper level and the views and balconies complimented the comfortable room and spacious bathroom . Check out was quick and we would definitely come back next time we are in Playa Del...

"I was very pleased with the family condo I stayed in. It had everything we needed, was comfortable, complete kitchen, even a washer for the clothes. I was dissapointed when I learned at check-in that they come to clean only every 3 days and if you want clean towels outside of those days you need to pay 15 USD and order them 24 hs in advance. On top of that one of the days they were supposed to come to clean they did not come, did not replace towels, toilet paper, tissue, shampoo, ...

"Air conditioning was excellent. Room was very clean and cleaned daily. Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. They had a big storm a couple years ago and what is shown as beach is no longer there. The most relaxing trip we have had in a very long time. Wonderful towel figures each day."

"What a wonderful stay! The bathrooms are exquisite, and our suite had an amazing soaker tub. The rooftop is quiet and beautiful. Staff are all amazing, accommodating and friendly. We were able to use a beach hotel which was a hugeee plus! We were even able to pay 160 pesos to keep.our room until 1pm which was great for being ble to go to the beach and come shower after before our flight. The hotel is dimly lit and very romantic for couples. Can't wait to come back to Marquee as soon as possible...

"The King Bed room was spacious, with plenty of closet/drawer/hooks/surfaces/below-surface space to unpack and store our luggage. Modern and clean, with reliable hot water and a nice shower. Brand new building, very conveniently located a few blocks away from Quinta Ave action, yet quiet. Has a safe in unit and included parking. Very comfortable for 2 people. The included breakfast was good (cereals, toasts, pastries, eggs, veggies, frijoles, yogourt/granola bar, fresh juices, chilaquiles...

"The staff go above and beyond to make your stay worry free. They arranged transport for the airport and they also arranged a special dinner for a birthday celebration. They have so much to offer as far as dinners, beach clubs and more. This was our second time staying for 10 days and it won’t be our last. We requested the same room #8 which was so perfect for a couple. The hotel is very clean and they provide a nice little breakfast that will hit the spot and get you going for the day. "
