"This resort has systemic safety issues that management refuses to address. My daughter suffered a laceration from a broken, underwater tile in the pool, which medically restricted her from using the pool or ocean for the rest of our stay. When I brought this to the attention of the executive management, they were incredibly nonchalant and dismissive. They characterized a documented safety injury as "superficial" and took zero accountability for the state of their facility. On a short walk to the quiet pool, I found and photographed numerous other jagged, broken, and missing tiles in the guest walkways. These are essentially razor blades in high-traffic areas. The lack of professional concern for guest safety is alarming. Avoid this property until they complete basic repairs and train their management on proper guest relations."

"Good breakfast menu. Parking was safe and underground. Very convenient to the main pedestrian street with lots of bars and restaurants."

"What a wonderful stay! The bathrooms are exquisite, and our suite had an amazing soaker tub. The rooftop is quiet and beautiful. Staff are all amazing, accommodating and friendly. We were able to use a beach hotel which was a hugeee plus! We were even able to pay 160 pesos to keep.our room until 1pm which was great for being ble to go to the beach and come shower after before our flight. The hotel is dimly lit and very romantic for couples. Can't wait to come back to Marquee as soon as possible !"

"Good location that’s all. walls and bathroom dirty, reception during the night Martin charge us $200 pesos for a old white towel that he said it was stained with hair dye, toilet paper very restricted and we were 2 people in the room, they have shows during the night in the 4th floor until 12am with very loud music, didn’t know about it and couldn’t not sleep until show ends, not happy with all this I will never stay at this place 👎"

"The King Bed room was spacious, with plenty of closet/drawer/hooks/surfaces/below-surface space to unpack and store our luggage. Modern and clean, with reliable hot water and a nice shower. Brand new building, very conveniently located a few blocks away from Quinta Ave action, yet quiet. Has a safe in unit and included parking. Very comfortable for 2 people. The included breakfast was good (cereals, toasts, pastries, eggs, veggies, frijoles, yogourt/granola bar, fresh juices, chilaquiles fixings), and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Extremely good value for the price, and way higher quality than most Holiday Inns I have been to in Canada and the U.S. I would absolutely recommend!"

"Very nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Good housekeeping. Hotel needs maintenance. A restaurant would be nice. Noise level from pool was excessive, at times forcing us out of the hotel. Lighting in rooms is poor. It is not possible to read on the sofa in the evening."
