"Pros: Honestly top 5 hotel stays for me. Central to everything. Staff were awesome! Amenities are Good. Very secure. Cleaning staff although I never saw them they were awesome as well no complaints with their work! Cons: There was ONE washer and ONE dryer. Pillows are outrageously thick and not comfortable. The body isn’t meant to sleep in that position."

Did have to request housekeeping to come on 3 times so that was frustrating, but the front desk was helpful and offered extra drink coupons for our inconvenience, Absolutely loved the beach, it was like a secret spot. "We stayed at the royal sonesta July 2026 for 5 days. The whole duration of the stay they had elevator problems. I have mobility issues and we reserved an ocean view room which was on the 16th floor. The 3rd day of our stay we had to leave early for an excursion and we had to come down the stairs 16 flights because the elevators were not working. Later that day waiting for the elevators to go up took so long and the elevator cars were so packed . Our phone in the room was not working either we...
