"The house keeper, named Emie, is Chinese American. She is the most wonderful hotel house keeper who we ever meet. She loves her job and perform well in all her duty. On top of those, her customer services relationship (CSR) is perfect, not only with us though with all other guests, as we had seen. "Our room offered a stunning view of Bryant Park, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival, our room wasn’t ready, so we had to wait a bit. One of the friendly staff members kindly suggested some lunch options, which was particularly helpful since this was our first time in New York. When we finally got our room, they sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and upgraded it at no extra charge. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was ample space for my wife...
