"This hotel is located in the Old City and can be a bit hard to find, but the service is outstanding.
In particular, the concierge, Lucy, was incredibly kind and I became a big fan of hers. It’s the kind of hotel that makes me want to stay here again next time I visit.

"Let me start out by saying that Mrs. Ty was WONDERFUL. She spent time with us giving great suggestions on things to do. She and ALL HER STAFF provided impeccable service for our entire trip.

"Excellent hotel with the amazing staffs. The hotel is located in a pretty good area within walking distances to many restaurants, cafes, and tourist attractions. The staffs are very nice and friendly, we feel welcome by them all the time during our stays. Especially Jenny. Highly Recommended!"
