"Putney Hotel, BW Signature Collection was fine. I read reviews before staying and while I might agree with some of the comments made about the rooms, my bed was comfortable and clean and the minor issue I had was rectified immediately and the staff (particularly Christina on Reception) were absolutely lovely and so helpful.
The location was perfect for everything I needed and I could walk to lots of cafes, restaurants and also the tube, train and bus stops. "

"terrible money grab. they send you on a easter egg hunt to find the key and then the code they give doesn’t work anyway. to top it all of it’s a room in a house share and it’s dirty. the walls have marks all over, it’s in a council estate and you’re sharing a bathroom with 4 other people. it’s awful please do not book this i was so disappointed and they had the cheek to keep my money. nothing like the pictures at all "
