โรงแรมใกล้โพรโก, เพนซานซ์

"The accomodation was basic and worn. Way over priced at £105 a night (£50 maximum should be charged). No remote control for the TV, 1970s room decor, amateurish staff. Accomodation states it is a Hotel. It is a basic pub with rooms upstairs. Worst value for money for paying for a room in my life. I feel like I was scammed."

"The most stunning house I’ve ever stayed in, everything was the absolute highest standards and so beautiful. The whole place is so calming and stunning, and well thought out. The location is perfect, only a short walk/run down to priest cove and the cape for a swim/wander. Thank you so much for the absolute perfect stay I can’t wait to come back!!!"

"Parking was a challenge when disabled and no one to ask for help however the staff were able to help once I was inside the building"

"This is an old building, so expect quirky! My room had a sloping floor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Bathroom sparkling and modern. Breakfast hot and cold options."

"Needs a refurb"

"The room was clean and spacious, the staff was warm and welcoming, and there was parking space for Lodgers."

"We loved the location staff was helpful however there are signs of wear and tear everywhere. Worn carpets, chunks of plaster missing pieces of wood off the doors missing and non working light bulbs in the room. I’m hoping it’s because it’s the end of a busy season and they plan on repairing everything in the winter. Restaurant was nice but seemed a little understaffed. Had to get up and go to the bar to get a refill of my wine after waiting and waiting. Food was good"

"Excellent location, spotless room, staff very polite and friendly. Need training too slow. Breakfast very good. Unbeatable sea view"

"Terrible odor in hotel and room on arrival. Our window to harbor was adjacent to our neighbors room who could see right into our room if we kept window/door open . We checked in and left immediately. Very disappointing and hotel staff did not question why we were leaving after just checking in."

"Well appointed inn with quite a history! Enjoyed the helpful staff—Laundry done for me was a great help for a fee🇨🇦"

"Everything was fine."

"Staff were really great and welcoming. Water pressure wasn’t great but otherwise it was a lovely stay Thankyou."

"A great, spacious and well-kept property with good food and friendly and helpful staff and easy parking and access to St Ives."
