"In a very nice part of town. Super clean and the staff was so helpful!"

"Spacious"

"Ideal location, close to tube station, grocery, and restaurants."

"Avoid this hotel. Our room was so noisy that we couldn't sleep due to constant street noise throughout the night. The next morning, we asked to check out early. The hotel agreed, provided we paid for the first night, which I accepted. Despite that agreement, they charged me for the entire stay, including the nights we never used. Since then, they have ignored repeated attempts by both Expedia and me to contact them. They don't answer their phone or respond to messages. Charging a guest for a...

"Our room had mold"

"Great location, great hotel"

"Generally good hotel_ they should put dressing mirrors in the rooms"

"Family room is so small. It’s not convenient for senior."

"Decent size room, the bathroom floor was covered in hair which was disappointing. The room and amenities were fine, easily travelling distance to the Ally Pally"

"Arrived early to such a friendly welcome. Able to leave our bags before check in. Checked in and bags were already in the room, amazing staff and service. Room was spacious enough, very clean, snacks and drinks provided. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer in room. Television in room. Fan in the room which was a godsend in 30+° heat. Comfortable bed, slept so so well. Such a warm welcome, beautiful building and room. Will definitely book again. Highly recommend. Thank you"

"Terrible experience – avoid this property! This apartment was completely misrepresented and not at all as described on the website. To start, the kitchen was incredibly dingy and looked nothing like the pictures online. Worse yet, we found an old, half-smoked joint left on top of the fridge, which is completely foul and unacceptable when traveling with children. The location was also falsely advertised. It is much farther from the station than stated, making for an awful walk in the pouring...

"Friendly and clean."

"You get what you pay for."

"The phone number provided on the expedia website pointed to a contact that no longer worked with the property We wanted to report the following issues as soon as ae checked in 1. The fan was broken - as in one of the blades was broken and won’t work. 2. Between the 2 rooms there was only one fan 3. the sofa latch was broken- so a part of the sofabed rolled out in the middle of the night 4. not enough bedsheets and towels for a family of 4 (as the bookings stated) 5. TV isn’t connected to...

"Carpet was very gross throughout the whole building, the TV was weirdly just on the floor, not on a cabinet, the bathroom was extremely cramped and the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. Parking was also a nightmare, there wasn't the space for the number of cars there and I was blocked in by another car and couldn't track down the owner so had to just wait. The location was pretty good tbf."
