Amazing!

This place was amazing and was a great stay in London. The area is close to bus stops and to the metro. The people were are very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and overall my family and I had a great stay! Would recommend to anyone coming to London.

Close to Finsbury Park with nice walks, nice room and lovely staff on site. Couldn’t recommend more! Perfect for transport as located next to Manor House station. I will defo stay again!

Simple and easy stay.

The staff was amazing! Very welcoming and helpful. Super easy check-in and check-out. The room is as described, but the entire building could use an upgrade. Downside was how much you could hear when someone walked up and down the stairs outside the room. Close to the Manor House underground and also has a busstop nearby. Great park nearby if you like morning strolls.

Awesome Apartment!

Great location - tube station and grocery stores just 5 mins walk away. Finsbury Park in front of the hotel.. Neat & clean rooms with all the comforts. Very caring & hospitable team. Enjoyed our stay !

Hotel was just right for our overnight stay. Close enough to the concert venue to enable us to walk. Facilities provided were good. Only down side was the rather excessive pre-charge (not previously notified) for potential use of soft drinks/snacks in room.

A room fit for purpose

Overall the hotel was good. The onsite staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern and an appropriate size and the hotel is in a good location. However, we didn't receive any check-in details and got very lucky that a member of staff was on site when we arrived.

Rooms are old and small

The pics make it look like a nice place. It's much older and way smaller than the pics suggest.I would never stay there again, not worthy the money.

Ok for the price. The bath room is very poor. Cramped and the plumbing is very mediocre. The shower took a long time to drain. If I had a shower for any length of time it would have overflowed. Minimal flush in the toilet. This could be remedied by a decent plumber or just possibly a good clean out of the drain.

Perfect location with a car

Hotel was perfect for what we needed. Due to us using the car the hotel had parking but it was a quite a walk, however there are a lot of restaurants and two good pubs on the walk. Perfect location outside the congestion zone with great acces to the tube. The room has everything needed for a short stay, for us the bed was a little small as we are used to a larger one. The only drawback was the traffic noise so if you dont have earplugs and are a light sleeper ask Andy for a room at the back. Staff especially Andy are great really helpfull.

The staff were disgustingly rude towards my partner. We also didn’t sleep a wink due to the person staying above us was walking around all night. We paid £100 for a room that was even smaller than the average box room in a house/flat absolute rip off. The staff threatened me and my partner. I would not stay here again even if I was paid to. **AVOID**

Couldn’t get in

We were unable to get into the building because the fob didn’t work, and the staff on site replaced the fob but didn’t check it from the outside and expected us to believe it would work later in the night. We therefore didn’t feel safe to stay and cut our trip short, and the manager was very rude and unhelpful when we emailed to ask for a refund because their lock was too faulty for us to feel safe staying.

Horrible at first, perfect after second chance.

My first night was the worst night I had in years in a hotel. Noise from other rooms, people smoking in the private garden next to my window in the middle of the night, permanent light above the door. Fortunately the staff was very open en immediately gave me an other room for the other nights. After that I had a very pleasant stay and slept like a rock.
