"Absolutely beautiful hotel. Spa was small but felt very high end. Really well placed for exploring the city. Some beautiful little touches for new arrivals that made you feel spoiled. The onsite Italian restaurant and cocktail bar are excellent and reasonably priced with fantastic decor. Would definitely stay again!"

"The property was modern, well appointed and well maintained. The staff were helpful, the room clean & quiet and the bed very comfortable. The hotel's central location made it quite convenient to explore the downtown area. We would definitely stay here in the future."

"I had a disappointing and somewhat unsafe experience during my stay. The shower floor was extremely slippery, which caused me to fall twice. I requested a shower mat from the front desk on two separate occasions, and each time I was told someone would bring it, but it never arrived. This lack of follow-through was frustrating and concerning, especially given the safety risk. On a more positive note, the breakfast was acceptable, but the options were limited and not very healthy. Overall, the lack of response from staff regarding a basic safety request significantly impacted my stay. I hope the hotel improves both its responsiveness and guest safety measures."
