The airport shuttle only runs from 9 am to 5 pm. If you have a large group, they will not accommodate the whole group, plus you have to reserve in advance. "Be aware of Restorant charges!!!! , when you trying to pay a bill on the spot, they give you an excuse: you can pay later, when you check out( our computer doesn’t work now), next morning, when you are ready to live the place , smash you with overcharges ( according menu my bill was about 35 euros, but at check out they asked 45 ), it was no time for argument ( need to go to airport to catch the plane home), so they use this situation…"

"Great location, right in the bay of naples, beautiful views for breakfast. Generally a very comfortable stay. The swimming pool was tiny and you needed to book, so we didn't end up using it. Tea and coffee making facilities but no milk in the rooms - you have to ask at the bar for milk - little things that they could easily give you instructions for in your room! Sadly the cleaners managed to wrap up one of my daughters teddies in the washing - but it did get found and is now being posted home...
