"Enjoyed every aspect of this hotel, it was in the most convenient location for me as a cruise passenger, only a mile from the port. The area was safe and had shops and lovely restaurants right outside the front door. Would definitely stay there again."

"The rooms are small and the hotel sits on a hill where one cannot take a taxi to. One must walk up or down from the hotel. This means you better be in shape. The street is somewhat noisy even during the night. One thing nice was the church bell ringing at 7:30 in the morning for us to get up to. The hotel is also very close to the Railway station which was important for us. The breakfast was just coffee and rolls."

"A quirky little hostel/hotel. Definitely more suited for the younger crowd. Location is very good during the day and maybe not at night. Room is spacious but the amenities are lacking. The safe is locked when we checked in, phone and TV (its more the size of a PC monitor) were unplugged. Very weak wifi. Overall still a good stay thanks to the staffs' friendly service."

"This is a beautiful hotel very close to the train station. Beautiful old marble, wood and iron in the grand entry. They really made the atrium and breakfast area into something special. There are beautiful wood parquet floors in the rooms. Plenty of towels, robes, slippers provided. Wonderful tea/coffee service set up in the rooms. Amazing breakfast, worth the money. Old but well kept. "
