Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Worst place I have been in, ever.

There is no wifi, even after I was told there was. The pool was usually clised. The mini mart was usually closed. Even when open, very limited on food, especially since no can opener was available and is needed. There's no ATM and they do not accept cards. The pigeons outside kitchen window made it unappetizing to eat. There is no restaurant as stated. The beach is ok but hard to reach since the place is surrounded by a barbed wire fence making it seem like a prison. The tv did not work at all. The office was closed on the weekend and I left early because it was frightening being there. I have a pretty high tolerance but felt very uneasy there. I lost money and my security deposit. Hotels.com did not help me at all and if they keep this place on their site, I will not use them again.
