"The listing says the check in time begins at 2pm, but once I got there the lady on the phone (who finally answered after 3 calls) told me check in was at 3! then they couldn't find the cleaner. No place to wait but a small convenience store, no bathroom to use or place to sit. I was not allowed into the lobby until I had my key, and I could not get my key until they found the cleaner and she cleaned the room. The bed is a BOX SPRING. It is NOT a mattress. "The unit need some repairing. The shower leaking, shocking to know that no towels and no blankets provided no iron no hair dryer etc. it’s my first experience in such condo-style stay. Maybe I need to get prepared next time. But some basic things need to be considered by the management."
