Had a great stay!

Great stay, we used the hotel as a stop over before and after our stay at Disneyland Paris. Lovely attentive staff. Nice hotel. Wish there was more plug sockets though- our room only had 1 but that was my only gripe.

Fine budget hotel. We stayed 6 days and traveled with the car. It’s 20 mins away from Disney. We didn’t use public transportation , but there’s a bus stop 2 mins away by foot near the hotel. Quick( fastfood) is near the hotel. Nearest shopping mall is 10 mins away with the car. The hotel is located in a somewhat industrial environment, so there isn’t anything to do nearby. Check in/out went smooth. Some people at the desk were friendly, some were not so. Would book again for a 1 or 2 stays to visit Disney.

Disney stopover

It was a stop off for Disney. Very convenient location but: -arriving after the parks closed the car park was full -at breakfast there was insufficient plates, bowls etc for all guests which meant I could not eat what I wanted -the bathroom had mould -the shower head bracket was absent, so you had to hold it.

Room sizes are okay for France. My room barely had space to go around but my kid's room was more spacious and so was their bathroom compared to mine. The elevator going to the section of my rooms was under renovation but it was so frightful that my 15 year old daughter was scared to ride it. Not to exaggerate but it looked similar to how mommys were wrapped in Egyptian times. The shower grout showed areas of mold. Needs some super cleaning or renovation.

The hotel is OK, but transportation to and from Paris centre is difficult. The train stops to run quite erarly and it is a long walk. But if you are just going to Disneyland the location is fine. Parking was quite full and area around not a place to leave your car.

The room was falling apart. AC broken and full of mould. Shower flood bathroom floor. Stains on the sheets. Crazy loud till about 4/5am. Staff made a mistake and charged us for 2 days breakfast when should have been 1 and the staff memeber refused to help and so rude in the process. Happy to take your money but ignored and spoken to terribly for their mistake. Still owed the money and still being ignored. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy

Poor stay

Heating was not working! In addition to the heating problem, we had a bad experience with the hotel receptionist also. After we checked-in and paid at the reception, we went up to our room on the 4th floor. We turned on the thermostat. Cold air starts to blow immediately. We waited for more than 15 minutes, but nothing changed. I went to the reception to check. The receptionist first said he didn't understand the problem. Later, he understood it and simply acknowledged that there is a problem with the heating system and since it was a weekend, there was no one to fix it. When asked why he did not mention that before I paid, he had no answer for it. I asked him what can be done now because it was clearly not more than 10-12 degrees in the room and I couldn't sleep. His "solution" was to find another hotel!!! In addition to that, he was being rude and sarcastic. The next morning, I talked to the manager - he apologized for the inconvenience and offered us free breakfast.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit la proximité avec Paris et Disney est idéale mais hotel bruyant les gens hurlent en pleine nuit , propreté moyenne de la chambre ( cheveux dans la douche , pas de poubelle , évier mal lavé) la chambre est vieillissante dommage Cependant l’accueil est excellent !
