"The staff were indifferent. Reception desk did not tell us that the hotel offered breakfast or that the restaurant was open for dinner. They also failed to mention that the Premium Plus room included the Ultimate WiFi service. The hand soap dispenser was empty. Later we discovered that the shower soap dispenser was also empty. The breakfast staff looked like they would like to anywhere else and were not very personable.
The location was very convenient."

"What a lovely hotel. The couple that run this can't do enough for you. It's decor is lovely and has a very extensively stocked bar. The breakfast was top notch too. Top tip, if parking outside they supply a permit which will save you some money."

"Hotel was good. Breakfast excellent. Staff helpful especially the late night door man.
The only drawback is you have to book with the hotel itself, not through a third party,to have a reserved parking space. There is very limited parking on the surrounding streets."
