Had stayed in a hotel 4 times more expensive the night before and this hotel was by far an awful lot better. Very friendly staff, extremely clean, well maintained, spacious rooms. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very welcoming. Will definitely recommend and stay again!

Efficient check in. Clean room. Room attendant very pleasant and chatty and cheerful. Staff in restaurant were cheerful, pleasant and efficient especially the female supervisor. Can't fault the staff at all and the hotel was emaculate . Definitely will be staying again. Location is ideal for our needs and the carparking underground and safe is a bonus.

Although the hotel is quite new, the room was a bit dusty. The breakfast was not great- scrambled eggs suspiciously from powder and dried fruit tasted dodgy. No on site parking as an event next door. Staff were friendly.

First night there were really loud roadworks outside but they moved us the second night with no problem. Room was clean, staff were great. One niggle , the bar wouldn’t make me a negroni inspite of having all the ingredients because they didn’t know what to charge for it. Not exactly asking the world

Staff very friendly- bed was too firm for me - breakfast sausage/bacon were well cooked by then just steamed to keep them warm- rotary toasters cook too quickly and just cook too quickly - not environmentally friendly running permanently .Premier Inn have introduced toaster on some site which is better

Good, central hotel

I booked in for one night as I wanted a hotel within easy walking distance of the train station. Girl on reception very efficient and friendly. My room was very nice and spacious room on the second floor. Bed and pillows were comfortable, hospitality tray had an assortment of tea and coffee. I did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on that. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again if in the area.
