"Nice clean room , staff are friendly"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ein wirklich hervorragendes Fünf-Sterne-Hotel mit exzellentem Service. Das gesamte Team war aussergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. "The hotel is located in a business area of Jakarta. The Gran Indonesia mall is 100 meters away so you can find food, supermarket, coffee shop etc. It is also easy to catch motorcycle or taxi around this area. Traffic is only problem all over Jakarta especially around this area. The room is clean. Lobby is small just for its function. Those are the reason why the price is reasonable."

"Very good staff"

"Very comfortable stay, amazing staff and good location. Odd layout for the bathroom and toilet and could use some modernisation but honestly no real issues and still useable. Breakfast was a little bland but kids really enjoyed the extra activities. One of the nights the hotel had provided games consoles which the family really enjoyed"

"Ok good location but staff is just average, had a bad experience with wrong booking"

"Great place to stay in Jakarta! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel has a spa, gym, and restaurant, which makes everything very convenient. There is also a great restaurant right next door, which was one of the best I found during my trip. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay."
