Very nice Hotel. Looks new , service is great. Check in fast. Clean and nice room. Spacious enough. Only thing is located at a very busy street and most of the time heavy traffic. Lots of street food in the evening. Breakfast taste great.

The hotel is located in a street with many food stalls. You get a taste of the life of the locals. The room had no refrigerator or minibar, which I didn't like. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was nothing special.

The hotel and its staff are wonderful! We were walking distance from the two main shopping malls. The area around the hotel is definitely third world, overly populated and lots of vendors, but everyone is super nice!! We felt safe walking to and from the malls and you just have to be aware of your surroundings or you could get run over by a moped or car. The food in the hotel was delicious!

the staff is amazing. Always super helpful. I arrived at the hotel at 10pm and feeling hungry. Reception staff Jeffery advised me on where I can get food and then later surprised me with traditional food even though kitchen was closed. Breakfast is free but not very nice, gym is small.

A must-stay for me

I love this hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff members. Laundry on site. Step away from the food market. Nearby shopping malls and tourist attractions. The room is fully equipped with amenities. When is arrived all was ok. The staff was nice. The hotel is located within walking distance to >10mins Sarinah (local shopping center), and ~20mins Grand Indonesia and Indonesia Plaza (shopping malls). But when I went to go to sleep the linen wasn't clean. The front desk offered to move me to a smaller room because housekeeping wasn't available (it was about 10pm). So I told them bring the sheets and I will change the linen. I guess the front desk guy felt bad because he came and helped me change them. I thought the sheets were dirty but the mattress protector underneath was really filthy. It had urine like stains etc... needless to say I was grossed out. The staff put pudding snack as an apology in my room the next day. Also if you order grab food (like Uber eats). Go downstairs immediately to pickup or meet the driver. As my food was taken from the front desk.

Awesome hotel! We were pleasantly surprised with 5-stars service, ambiance and amenities! We were immediately impressed from the moment we stepped foot onto the hotel grounds. Concierge was hospitable, efficient and knowledgeable. Place was immaculate, spacious and beautifully designed with an oriental setting. Room was clean. Bathroom was spotless. Sheets clean as well. Hotel provided basic toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, shampoo and bath soap. Security was adequate. Gym though small, serves basic functions - dumbbell, treadmill and stationery bikes. Laundry services, though self service was impressive. 2x 15kg washer, a dryer, an ironing board and a steamer for communal use. Buffet breakfast has adequate spread for a 4-star hotel, but don't expect superly yummy spread. Coffee can do with a little more robustness in it. Meals served at the same restaurant for lunch and dinner wasn't considered cheap, but food was yummier and tastier than the buffet breakfast spread. A special call-out to their Beef kway teow - a must try dish. The lifts unfortunately reek of cigarette smoke most of the time. All their staffs there, from the bellboy to the restaurant servers are well trained and sincere in fronting hotel guests. Overall, it's a 5-star experience in a 4- star hotel.

Saubere und gute Unterkunft in Jakarta. Die angrenzende Straße ist sehr laut und belebt. Kann als Plus aber auch als Minuspunkt gesehen werden (da man noch sehr spät die Musik ins Zimmer hört). Eine Sache wäre da noch zu bemängeln: Sehr dünne Wände. 3 Tage lang haben wir den Herren im Nachbarzimmer Laut husten gehört und mussten den Schlaf dadurch mehrmals unterbrechen. Ansonsten sowohl sauber als auch guter Service im Hotel. Trotz allem kann ich meinerseits das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
