Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast buffet was nice too, it has a nice location, it is walking distance to a grand mall. The only issue, if you are going to stay in this hotel, I would not recommend standard room. It is quite small and also has old dated furnishings.

ホテルは新しくないですが雰囲気は良く、シャワーもバスタブも熱いお湯でリラックスできて部屋も静か、タオルは新しめの日と古めの日はあるものの交換されてましたし、朝食は和洋中＋インドネシア料理と確かに豊富。連泊していると段々と食べなくはなりますが…コーヒー、紅茶が美味しくてテイクアウトできます。 冷房が苦手な方は部屋にいないは昼間つけておいて夜はオフにして寝るのもアリですよ。 ホテルのクリーニングは日本とお値段が変わらないので、ホテルに取りにきて届けてくれる24時間営業の宅配ランドリーを使用しました。受け渡しはホテル入り口横のカスタマーがサポートしてくれて、仕事に行く時に預けて8時間と言いつつも12時間後には届きました。重さと仕上げ時間で料金変わります。 柔軟剤は南国の強めの香り、湿気でしなしな仕上げにつき、気にならない方のみ参考になさってください。

Very disappointed

I requested smoking room and was assigned a room at level 3. The room I was assigned to is next to the staff area. Every morning, I can hear loud chatting and giggling. My window is facing the back door of the staff area so I had to keep my curtain closed the whole time. The room was ridiculously small, I can hardly sit comfortably at my desk coz the chair couldn’t be pushed out fully. The headboard is stained. The toilet is so small that I had to move to the side when I’m in the toilet to open the door before I can get out.
