"great facility and location. prestigeous environment and very good hospitality from staff. overall very high quality. only two issues during stay, 1. pool dining too slow(had to cancel aft 50minutes delivery) 2. rotary noise during midnight and early morning very loud (not sure whether construction or traffic..) "We had a wonderful stay, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was super amazing and lots of choices. Where we stayed was easy access to the Grand Indonesia and also not far from Plaza Indonesia. We were so happy that the hotel was full of history about Indonesia. We will come back when we are back in the city. "

"The hotel is located in a business area of Jakarta. The Gran Indonesia mall is 100 meters away so you can find food, supermarket, coffee shop etc. It is also easy to catch motorcycle or taxi around this area. Traffic is only problem all over Jakarta especially around this area. The room is clean. Lobby is small just for its function. Those are the reason why the price is reasonable."
"The location is excellent, walkable to metro and Grand Indonesia Mall. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was also good with decent options.
Rooms are a bit old as some carpet stains were visible and aircon was not as cold as i liked but still acceptable. Other than the minor issues mentioned it was ok."
