"We arrived late at night and there was no toilet paper. The owner did get back to me fairly quickly to tell me where to find some. The shower had no curtains or door so the water poured all over the bathroom floor and into the hallway. The remotes left for The tv only worked for 1 of the tvs. Parking is terrible. There’s no lot or actual spaces. Just have to park on the side of the street. The room was clean, we only saw 2 cockroaches which I was expecting way more for PR. The pool was clean....

"We stayed one night at the hotel so we could explore Old San Juan. The rooms were very unique and the building was very neat. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions in the area. We checked out that morning to do a local tour and they held our luggage until it was over. We really enjoyed the hotel"

"We love the decor and vibe of this boutique hotel. The rooftop amenities are nice though we didn't use. At check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger room with a balcony. We decided to extend our stay by one night. To do so, we had to check out of the upgraded room by 11 a.m. on our original checkout date, which was completely understandable. "The property was OK, the staff was great, it smelled great throughout the hotel, but the rooms were small, and the bathroom was tiny, and we did not have any hot water in the shower, shower was lukewarm at best! Also no elevators which we knew about, but we were on the top floor, so carrying all our heavy luggage up 4 flights of steps was tough! Also rooftop was not very well kept, had trash and old rusty chairs."
