"Very nice beach area; well maintained pools and excellent food. The hotel is 45min from San Juan airport if you enjoy relaxing on the beach and hanging around the resort its a great choice! The excursions are located closer to San Juan; if be prepared to pay an additional fee of around 110$ for transportation. Hotel staff were friendly, complimentary drinks in the evenings with music and entertainment. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Embassy Suites!"

"Air conditioner worked well. Only needed to have basic things like cups and tissues for the rooms, but things were well maintained. The staff was attentive. It was clean lay down foul was there’s no windows to enjoy the beautiful view."

"The place does not look anywhere near the photos, communication was absolutely horrible I sat inside my car for 3hrs early in the morning trying to get into the property to then find out if was given the wrong code, me and my friend both woke up with a bad allergic reaction eyes swollen face swollen 2 out of the 3 days which i think was coming from the millions of red ants that were coming in I asked for early check out to possible be able to go to another place and was denied a refund!! I wouldn't recommended anyone stay here. Until they get it together"
