"Amazing hotel and location"

"This is actually a 4 star hotel. It’s very modern and they r still Up grade it. Location is excellent, room is spacious, staff r helpful. U can walk to all the spots, very convenient. The only thing is they keep change the breakfast, and took the salmon and tomato’s away in the last day. I stayed here for 4 nights."

"Near Gran Via, bed was very hard, they were doing some repairs just outside our room while we were still resting. The only amenity was the restaurant they staff is friendly. We stayed last year and a lot has changed since then. İ dont know if they gave us the worst room because we booked using this app"
