Podrían mejorar la secadora de pelo, se recalienta a cada rato y no puedes secarte bien el cabello. No hay recepción en el edificio."

"The hotel was in a neighborhood with lots restaurants, night markets, and buskers etc. After 10:30 pm, it was also quiet to sleep. It was easy to get around the city with Uber or taxis. The staff was outstanding. The bellman accompanied me to local pharmacies to get medications. Front desk staff was very helpful in giving directions and offering suggestions."

"The apartment was a loft with the bedroom being upstairs. The stairs do not have a handrail. There is a fan above the bed which helped circulate the cool air. For two nights this was a comfortable place. The kitchen did not have many utensils if wanting to do a lot of cooking. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too thick for me. Even being on the 8th floor there are was a lot of street noise in the night. This felt like a safe place with 24 hour desk staffing. It's close to a mercado...

"If you are coming to Santiago you MUST stay here! The area is the best in Santiago - we felt so safe and there were so many walkable options for food and drink around. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic - it is offered in the cafe just under the hotel. The guys on reception, Francis and Nicholas, are amazing. So kind, patient and go above and beyond. There is no lift in the hotel but they assisted us with luggage up and down. I couldn’t recommend this hotel...

"A mid-range hotel in a convenient central location. A maximum of 10 minutes' walk to the Plaza de Armas. There was always someone at reception who spoke English. We had a room with air conditioning on the sixth floor overlooking a side street closed to traffic. Our room was a comfortable size with good Wi-Fi. The shower was hot with a strong jet. Everything was clean. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality. Unfortunately, the coffee was very weak. The staff were very friendly and...

"The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist. They even provided us with a packed breakfast for an early excursion and a snack for an early ride to the airport. The room and hotel was well kept and they had a great breakfast both hot and cold. The hotel was close to a major park, good for a walk or run. And we were walking distance from restaurants and bars. Highly recommended for a stay in Santiago."
